We hired DJ Ren for our Columbian/American wedding, and he is very professional from gathering all the information, documentation, telling us tips that we did not think of and keeping us at ease during the whole process. He made sure the dance floor was never empty he knows different kinds of music from different genres. We HIGHLY recommend him!

My husband and I had our wedding reception last night and DJ Greg was our DJ. He was amazing!! We made him a playlist and he did not disappoint! Every question we had, he was extremely accommodating. Greg from WEG recently DJ’d for our wedding in Manayunk. It was truly amazing how Greg kept the dance floor full for the entire night. We received numerous compliments on his ability to keep everyone happy with the music selection. He was also extremely easy to work with on the spot as our timeline for the day became scattered with some weather issues.

DJ Rene was great! My family is latino and he incorporated modern and throwback latin hits perfectly! Everyone had something they wanted to dance to. DJ Rene was easy to work with and he totally understood the vibe we were going for.

Greg did an absolutely fantastic job with our reception. He worked with our event coordinator and planned the entire flow of the reception. He had a must play list so that all of our favorite songs would be played; and he played them ALL!! He did a great job announcing all of the events during the reception. Our guests danced the entire time and loved all the music. We would definitely use/recommend Greg’s services again in the future.

DJ Ren was such an important part of our wedding day. He worked with us to make sure he gave us exactly what we were looking for with our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We asked him to keep our guests on the dance floor, gave him an idea of artists we like, and he delivered! I cannot speak highly enough about Wedding Event Group! From our first meeting with Greg I knew this was a wonderful company to work with! He kept the party going and everyone had a great time! He met with us prior to make sure he knew everything we were looking for, and made sure we were comfortable with the timing of the night. Fay worked the photo booth for us and it was a HIT!!! She made sure the props were organized and encouraged all of our guests to write a little something in our photo memory book.

Greg and Fay even helped our flower vendor who got lost and showed up late. If you need a DJ or photo-booth call them now!!

My wedding was on October 14^th.  Despite the heavy rains, I had a large turn out. I had guests from Scotland, England, Australia, Cayman Islands, as well as local guests with Ghanaian, Nigerian, Jamaican, Haitian and American backgrounds.  DJ Ren did a fantastic job catering to all the guests. He played music that brought everyone together and got them dancing and grooving. We had an absolute fabulous time!

A DJ that Exceeded our Expectations!!! DJ Greg was the highlight of the evening. He was very responsive through emails and phone calls and always understood our needs. He played all our favorite songs and even added a few in to get everyone on the dance floor. He exceeded our expectations and made our wedding so wonderful!

We knew we needed a bilingual DJ since my husband’s family is from Spain, and DJ Rene was perfect. He played a great mix of exactly what we requests – party classics, country, pop, and Spanish and had everyone on the dance floor all night. He did out announcements in English and Spanish and was just as involved as we needed him to be. He was extremely professional, sweet and we would highly recommend working with him!

Big Sound! Tons of FUN! 10 stars! My husband Shawn and I have not stopped raving about DJ Greg since our wedding! Our friends keep calling us to tell us how much fun they had! We had on wedding Halloween weekend and we wanted it to be a party. We had a little over 300 guests and we went with their big package plus a few add ons. We loved the Dancing on the Cloud! During our phone consultation, we told Greg that we that after the first 20 or 30 minutes or so we wanted a primarily EDM (house, G-House, & drum n’ bass) set for our open dancing. DJ Greg was totally on board and made us feel confident that he was the right guy for the kind of music we wanted; On our wedding day, he absolutely crushed it! He honored all of our MUST-play selections, mixed in other songs of his own that worked perfectly with the vibe, and overall just delivered such a fun and awesome night for us! DJ Greg was also very organized and professional, ensuring that our day flowed with ease by keeping us on track with our timeline. Thank you for everything, Greg!

We requested DJ Ren for our wedding reception, and he was the highlight of our night. DJ Ren worked with us on several calls and texts leading up to the wedding to understand how we wanted the night to go, what music to play, what not to play, etc. On the night of, he really blew us away. He had the dancefloor rocking all nightlong (literally there were no times the dance floor was empty or clearing out) and accommodated all out on the fly requests. Several of out guests commented (as we agree) that DJ Ren was the best DJ they’ve even seen anywhere (not just at a wedding) and had wished we could keep the night rolling along with him as our DJ! We also had close friends visiting from Spain who did not speak English, and DJ Ren was able to make announcements in both English and Spanish, so they felt included all night long. We felt so lucky to have him at out wedding, and wouldn’t think to recommend anyone else besides him for any events we need DJ services for in the future. Thank you so much DJ Ren. I promise, if you book him for your event he will take care of you.

Rene (DJ Ren) was helpful all through the process, taking time to hear our requests and preferences. He managed through several changes smoothly as we put together the details of our reception. Our reception was mixed: with Latino and non-Latino folks, and DJ Ren got eeeeveryone up and dancing with an excellent mix of songs, including special requests and a traditional Venezuelan Hora Loca. We booked DJ Ren since we wanted a mix of Spanish and English music. DJ Ren was super helpful and gave great advice. Everyone had a blast on the dance floor and he played the best hits. DJ Greg Made my wedding absolutely amazing. 3 weeks later and guests are still raving about the experience. I’m so happy we booked with you!! From the Dj, to the lights, clouds, sparks and photo booth everything was so magical!! We got married at the Knowlton Mansion and he know EVERYTHING about the venue! It really put us at ease. Wedding DJ-Check! Photobooth-Check! Afterparty-CHECK!! DJ Greg and his assistant from Wedding Event Group were truly an amazing choice for our wedding. Not only was he very responsive, but he was flexible and open to all of our requests. He was also very much the life of the party! He really helped keep the dance floor going and helped make sure all the transitions in our wedding ran smoothly. He was so much fun, we got multiple comments from our guests about how much they liked him and how much they wanted to use him for other events. He had an early wedding and as a younger couple my husband and I knew we would want to keep the party going after the wedding. My family farm is 20 minutes away from the venue so we hired DJ Greg for our after party as well. Greg and his assistant had things organized on another level! Legendary! I cannot recommend him enough.

DJ Rene was very nice to work with; he even went out of his way to make a special song mixup for our father daughter dance. Overall the music was great, everything went smoothly, and all of our guests had a great time dancing.

Haven’t had our wedding yet, but just recently hired DJ Ren for our wedding and we are looking forward to it. So far, he answered any questions we have had and is very responsive.
